Parents/guardians register their child/ren at their School of Residence.  School offices are open Monday through Friday (except non-student days) from 8:00am to 4:00pm.  To register your child during the month of July 2016, please click here for more information.

Only completed registration packets are accepted, and each is date and time stamped.  To assist the District with enrollment preparations, please return your child’s registration packet by March 1.  In the event that more students register at their elementary school of residence than can be accommodated, even if registered by March 1, students may be assigned to another Ross Valley school where space is available.  We will attempt to determine any reassignments prior to the student’s first day of attendance.

If you have any questions about registration or school boundaries, please contact any school office for assistance.  Or visit our Attendance Boundary Information page by clicking here.

Open Enrollment, Intradistrict and Interdistrict Attendance

Over the past few years, the Ross Valley School District has experienced increased enrollment, and class sizes and facilities at our elementary schools has been impacted.  As we plan for the 2016-17 school year, please note that we do not anticipate having space at any of our schools for students who do not reside within our District attendance boundaries.  For information related to attendance of students who do not reside within the District’s or a District school’s attendance boundaries, please see below.

Romero Bill – Open Enrollment Act (living outside of District boundaries)

Intradistrict Attendance (living within District boundaries, but not in the boundaries of a District school)

Please note that decisions about Intradistrict Attendance may not be made the 5th day of the new school year.

Interdistrict Attendance (living outside of District boundaries)
