February Town Hall Meeting Presentation (February 2010) Presentation given at the February 2010 Town Hall meetings. Map/Count of Current Elementary Student Population Map shows two numbers for each elementary campus: the number of students within one mile of the campus followed by the number of students notlocated within a mile of any other campus. Shows that of the 616 students within one mile of Red  Hill Site only one student was not within one mile of another campus.

Traffic Study: "Circulation/Access Feasibility Assessment" (October 2009) Prepared for the District by KD Anderson and Associates, this study compares current traffic patterns and potential impacts of school traffic at the Red Hill, Deer Park and Marin Town and Country Club sites

Facilities Studies and Information

Facilities Plan Study (Schreder Report)(November 2008) In-depth study prepared by consulting firm Jack Schreder & Associates including data on historical demographics; land use planning and development; student data and student densities; and enrollment growth projections..

FPAC Recommendation (June 2009) Facilities Planning Advisory Committee Recommendation to the Board of Trustees to address the District's enrollment crisis.

In January 2009, a planning and advisory committee was formed to examine possible solutions to the District’s enrollment growth crisis. This Committee comprised of 50 administrators, student parents, community and business leaders and town hall council members met from January through May 2009. In June 2009, the Committee delivered its recommendations to the Board of Trustees. Below are agendas and minutes from these meetings.

Small Learning Communities

Small Learning Communities at White Hill. (January 2010) The board approved overview of how Small Learning Communities will function at White Hill Middle School when they are implemented. Includes a list of agreed-upon, essential elements of Small Learning Communities as well as outstanding questions and other observations..

White Hill Small Learning Community Feasibility Study. (November 2009) A study by Independent School Management(Wilmington, DE) regarding the feasibility of implementing Small Learning Communities at White Hill Middle School. The study focuses on building a daily/weekly schedule to support a Small Learning Community program for 7th and 8th graders.
